Serenity's Touch is a family owned unisex salon at 33 North St in Monticello, run by Goldie Moore with 30 years of experience. Beyond haircuts, braids, hair extensions, color and smoothing treatments, it does facial waxing, body waxing, tanning and facials, with a private room for back facials. A standard haircut is $35, a massage chair session is $30, and ear piercing starts at $50. Shampoo chairs have built in massagers, and children are welcome, including first haircuts and children with special needs. It has private parking, and hours are 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.
