Eir Healing and Wellness is a locally owned massage and energy work practice in Pulaski. Owner Amanda MacDowell is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2017 and became a Master Reiki Practitioner in 2018. She works in Swedish and therapeutic massage, and the spa also offers hot stone work, prenatal and aromatherapy sessions, reiki, couples massage in a two person room and a two seat infrared sauna with color light therapy. A sauna session includes robes, slippers, bottled water and a cool towel, and it is not advised for anyone who is or may be pregnant or who has a blood clot disorder. Spa hours are posted.
