LifeSpa

LifeSpa is the salon and spa inside Life Time Syosset, an athletic club, and it is open to members and non-members alike. Services cover hair, skin, body and nails, including Hydrafacial, Wella hair color, CBD massage, lash extensions and massage or treatments delivered by certified therapists. Any service comes with a complimentary full day pass to the gym, and new members receive a $50 LifeSpa service credit toward a first hair, skin, body or nail service. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and outdoor services are available. Beauty services sit alongside the club's fitness classes and workout floor, and guests are asked to arrive hydrated and eat lightly before a massage or skin treatment.
